Meet the Founder
Sarina has spent over a decade founding and scaling consumer tech and marketplace startups, and even longer building an art collection and a deep network across the emerging art world. She grew up in New York City's art collector community, going to gallery openings and auction house previews before she was old enough to bid, and sitting across the dinner table from artists whose work she'd later see in museums. That proximity gave her a deep respect for how the traditional art world operates, and a clear view of why the emerging market needs something different. When she started building her own collection, she felt it firsthand, discovering how difficult it was to find affordable art and how few entry points existed for someone looking to collect emerging work. Her work in the art space and years of attending fairs made that even clearer, showing her just how steep the path is for emerging artists building from the ground up, with no built-in audience, no representation, and no clear way to connect with the collectors who would love their work. On the other side, she has spent years guiding new collectors into the emerging art world, from finding artists to navigating their first purchase, while building deep relationships with the artists and galleries along the way. artRINX is what came from all of it.
